The 9th Missionaries Dinner: A Celebration of Service

Last week, the Lutheran Mission Society San Diego hosted its 9th Missionary Gathering Dinner at Grace Lutheran Church in San Diego. A special thanks to Pastor Brian Thomas and his wife, Rachel, for their gracious hospitality and support.

Pastor Brian shared a powerful word of encouragement, reflecting on the theme of being clothed by Christ, inspired by his latest book. He reminded us of the importance of faithfully preaching and trusting God’s Word in all that we do.

We were blessed by the presence of many missionaries who have been faithfully serving with us, and we were especially excited to welcome new missionaries joining our team! One highlight of the evening was hearing from a member of Grace Lutheran Church who is partnering with us to develop a motorbike ministry—stay tuned for more on this exciting initiative!

It was a beautiful evening of fellowship, inspiration, and renewed commitment to sharing the Gospel.
