Recruiting Laborers

At the Lutheran Mission Society San Diego, we're on a mission to discover local missionaries ready to make an impact in San Diego and Tijuana, hand in hand with our churches. When God guides us to these laborers called into the harvest, we're committed to helping them uncover their calling and receive the training they need to flourish in their ministry.

We're blessed to work with individuals possessing diverse spiritual gifts and callings. Take Gustavo Valderrama, for example, who aspires to Pastoral Ministry. The first step? Getting accepted into one of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod's theological education programs. With our mentoring, candidates navigate the interview and testing process with confidence and support.

Join us in this amazing journey of serving God and His church as we recruit and equip workers for His kingdom!
