Highlights from Gustavo Valderrama's Orientation Week at Concordia Seminary

This past week, our missionary Gustavo Valderrama, accompanied by his supervisor Pastor Ramon Contreras, attended a crucial orientation at Concordia Seminary in St. Louis.

During this pivotal week, Gustavo engaged in a series of essential sessions designed to prepare him for his theological studies and future pastoral ministry. The orientation not only provided valuable insights and tools for his studies but also allowed him to build meaningful relationships with professors, church workers, and fellow seminarians.

Gustavo had the opportunity to connect with key figures within the seminary community, forging valuable relationships that will support him throughout his studies. His interactions with professors and church leaders provided him with guidance and encouragement, while his connections with classmates helped establish a supportive network among peers.

The week was marked by enriching seminars, engaging discussions, and an introduction to the vibrant academic and spiritual community he will be part of over the next three years. We’re excited to see how this experience will enhance Gustavo's ministry and contribute to his growth as he continues his journey toward becoming a pastoral leader.
