A Season of Celebration for the Kurdish Ministry at First Lutheran Church, El Cajon!

We are thrilled to announce that our Kurdish Ministry at First Lutheran Church, El Cajon, has recently celebrated a significant milestone. We welcomed two new brothers into the Christian family through baptism and adult confirmation. Their journey to Christ is a testament to the devoted outreach and discipleship led by Pastor Azad Barwari, with valuable mentoring support from Pastor Jim Huenink. This collaboration, which began last year, is now bearing fruit and holds great promise for the future.

The Lutheran Mission Society San Diego is profoundly grateful for the chance to support this vital ministry. We eagerly anticipate seeing how God will continue to work through this expanding community, spreading His love and grace to even more hearts.
